This time, we were thrilled to work on a stunning 2022 Cadillac Escalade, taking its aesthetic appeal to the next level. Employing techniques like chrome delete, ceramic coating, wheel powder coating, and paint protection film, we masterfully customized and safeguarded this elegant machine.
We began by embarking on a chrome delete process. Using high-quality 3M vinyl film, we replaced the Escalade’s shiny chrome features with a sleek and modern all-black finish. Each chrome element, including the grille, window trim, door handles, and logo emblems, was expertly covered, resulting in a stealthy yet sophisticated look that turned heads.
Next, we turned our attention to the Escalade’s prominent wheels. Opting for a powder coating in black, we removed the wheels, thoroughly cleaned them, and applied the coating. After a stint in our special curing oven, the wheels boasted a flawless, resilient finish that enhanced the Escalade’s imposing stance and perfectly matched the chrome delete.
Beyond mere aesthetics, the protection of the vehicle is a vital component of our detailing services. One crucial area often overlooked is the door cups – these areas can often accumulate scratches from rings, keys, or fingernails. We applied the new black paint protection film on each door cup to combat this. Matching the black paint renders the film all but invisible, the durable film provides a robust barrier against potential scratches, ensuring the Escalade’s doors remain immaculate in spite of daily use.
Finally, to seal the Escalade’s stunning appearance and provide ultimate protection, we applied a top-of-the-line, 10-year ceramic coating. This advanced coating forms a chemical bond with the vehicle’s paint, delivering unparalleled protection against UV damage, chemicals, heat, and even minor scratches. Additionally, it amplifies the gloss of the paintwork, enhancing the Escalade’s allure.
The application of the ceramic coating is a task for seasoned professionals. After thorough surface preparation, we carefully applied the coating, which, once cured, rendered a mirror-like finish that will protect the Escalade for the next decade.
